1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused and unwashed
- The item is in original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You have proof of purchase
Returns are accepted only for:
- Wrong item delivered
- Damaged or defective products
- Incorrect size delivered (if different from what you ordered)
2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Accessories
- Items marked final sale or clearance
- Items damaged due to customer mishandling
- Products without original packaging/tags
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at support@OneClikShop.com
- Provide your order number and a photo/video showing the issue
- Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours
- If approved, you will receive return instructions
4. Return Shipping Costs
- If the product is wrong, damaged, or defective → Return shipping is FREE
- For all other eligible returns → Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
5. Replacement / Store Credit
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will receive a replacement product
or - A store credit for the same value

6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.
After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
